I spotted a few things in your build that could be improved! Consider swapping for a better motherboard and a quieter, higher value AIO cooler. Also, instead of the 9800X3D, the 7800X3D offers great performance, and for the GPU, you might want to go with the 5070 Ti instead of the 9070 XT.
