I came home from dinner to find my router showing a slow blinking red light. I tried resetting it multiple times, including a factory reset, but nothing seems to fix the problem. It turns on for a moment, then the light goes red again. The 2.4GHz band is showing as disabled while everything else appears to be working. I can connect to the WiFi network, but nothing loads when I try to use it. Any ideas on what might be happening?

It's important to know if your router needed special configuration, like if you have a bridged modem setup. Factory resetting can wipe those settings. If you're not sure, it might be best to contact your ISP for help.
Which light is blinking red? If it’s an internet indicator, that signifies your connection has dropped. You might just need to wait for it to reconnect. Check that one closely.
Are you sure you can’t access the internet at all? Since your WiFi appears to be working, it could actually be an issue with your modem instead. Try power cycling the modem and see if that clears things up.
It sounds like your router is malfunctioning. If the red light keeps flashing after resets, it might be time to look for a replacement. It's possible something internal is failing.

You might have experienced a brownout or something that could have affected the device. Definitely worth checking both the router and modem!
