Is RustDesk currently experiencing an outage? I can't connect to a remote computer from either the desktop client or the iOS app, and reports suggest the issue may be affecting users in several countries.

If you’re using RustDesk’s public cloud services, outages can affect connections when their relay nodes go down. A self-hosted server and relay are more reliable for anything time-sensitive, since they don’t depend on the shared public infrastructure.

Self-hosted setups appear to be working normally, while cloud connections are still affected.

The service seems to be coming back intermittently, although status reporting may not reflect the outage immediately. If your connection is still failing, waiting and trying again later may be necessary.

It looks like the shared public relay infrastructure is having problems. Reports are coming from the US, Spain, Singapore, and other locations, so this doesn’t appear to be limited to one region.

It seems to have recovered for some users, but others are still unable to connect.
