My system worked normally for about two weeks, but it now freezes during startup with no video output. The monitor shows an orange or yellow standby light. The system has an AMD Radeon RX 9070, an Intel CPU without integrated graphics, an ASUS TUF B760-Plus WIFI motherboard, and a Corsair RM750e 750W power supply. The motherboard completes POST without leaving any warning LEDs lit, but there is still no display signal. I reseated the graphics card, checked the PCIe power connections, cleared CMOS using the motherboard pins, tried multiple display cables, and connected the computer to a television, with the same result each time. Has anyone seen a sudden failure like this with an RX 9000-series card? Is there another useful test I should try, or does this point toward a defective GPU that should be returned under warranty?

Some graphics cards have a second BIOS switch, so check whether your RX 9070 has one and try the alternate position with the computer powered off. This is different from integrated graphics; it refers to a backup firmware profile on the card. If there is no switch, or the alternate BIOS makes no difference, testing with another GPU or having the card checked is the next practical step.
If you can borrow any known-working graphics card, install it temporarily. If the system displays normally with the replacement card, that would strongly point to the RX 9070 and make an RMA reasonable.
I unfortunately don’t have another graphics card available to test with.
I initially misunderstood the suggestion and thought it referred to integrated graphics. I’ll check whether the card has a dual-BIOS switch.
