I'm a budget-conscious student trying to find the best value for my money when it comes to buying a tablet. I'm considering used devices and tech from less reputable sources, but I'm worried about the lack of refunds. Now, after spending a week researching, I'm down to a few options.
I'm torn between these tablets:
1. Xiaomi Pad 7 - $325 with keyboard and pen
2. Matepad 12X - also $325 with accessories
3. OnePlus Pad 3 - priced between $430 and $500 with similar accessories
I also heard about Lenovo tablets that offer good value too, but I'm overwhelmed by the specs and options! My main use will be for college - doing some minor coding with Matlab and Python, and just getting work done in between classes. Any guidance would be appreciated!

Honestly, if you’re going to be coding, a tablet might not be the best move. You could get a decent budget laptop for the price of one of these tablets and it would handle your coding needs much better. Just food for thought!
I see your point! But I’m thinking more like quick sessions between classes rather than full-on coding. Matlab has an online option and I believe Python can run on a tablet, right?
