Hey everyone! I'm planning to upgrade my setup from AM4 to AM5 and have picked out some parts. Here's what I'm considering:
1) CPU: Ryzen 9 9900x
2) Motherboard: Gigabyte B850 AORUS ELITE WIFI7
3) RAM: G.Skill F5-6000J3636F32GX2 (the white ones)
I'm keeping my current components for now, which include a Seasonic 1000W Platinum power supply, an Asus 3090 Ti GPU, and a Samsung 990 Pro 2TB SSD. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this build!

What are you planning to use the PC for? It might help in giving feedback on the parts you've selected!
I’d actually suggest looking at the 9800x3d instead of the 9900x. Your GPU is solid, but if you can, it might be worth waiting for the 5XXX Super series before finalizing your build. The performance should be pretty competitive.
Local shops have the 9800x3d at just 30 euros more than my current choice, so it fits my budget. I get your point about waiting for the 5XXX Super series, but for now, the GPU is solid enough for my needs!
