Hi everyone! I'm trying to figure out how to set up PIN release with Universal Print for our Toshiba multifunction printer (MFP). It supports PIN release, but all I can find in the Universal Print Manager is the option for QR code release. Is the PIN release configured directly on the MFP itself? How can users set a PIN to release their print jobs without needing to enter a new one for each individual print?

You actually need to set up the PIN directly on the MFP. The print driver will communicate what account the job is linked to, and that’s how the PIN comes into play for releasing it. Just a heads up, the department codes and secure print are two separate features, so you'll need to adjust settings in both the printer and the driver to get it working right.
I’m in the same boat as you! Our departments are advised they’ll need to manually mount their specific printers if they’re using PIN codes. It's been a bit of a hassle, but hopefully, we can all get it sorted soon!
