Since SFC, DISM, driver reinstalls, and app repair haven’t helped, test with a new local Windows user account. If audio, screenshots, and recording work there, your original profile or its permissions are probably damaged. If they fail in the new account too, consider an in-place Windows repair installation that keeps your files and applications. Back up important data first.
Check Event Viewer around the time each feature fails and look for patterns instead of treating every logged error as related. Also check whether you have a recent System Restore point from before the problems began. If the failures continue across multiple Windows components, a damaged profile or system installation may be more likely than a driver issue.
