I've been considering whether to build a gaming PC from scratch, even though I have no experience, or if I should just buy one from an online store. I'm mainly a Starcraft 2 player and my current PC just can't keep up, especially at the highest settings. I found a gaming PC on Amazon with these specs: Intel Core i7 (up to 3.9GHz), Radeon RX 580 8G, 16G RAM, 512G SSD, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, RGB fans, and it runs Windows 11 Home. What do you guys think?

I’d recommend skipping that PC you mentioned. The CPU is pretty old, being a 4th gen Intel, and you might want something more up-to-date for better performance. If you're on a budget, let’s explore some better options!
