Should I Buy a GPU Now or Wait for the 50 Super Models?

I'm in a bit of a dilemma! I can either buy a 5080 with 16GB of VRAM—although it's not quite what I expected for the price—or wait for the rumored Super models, which are said to have 24GB of VRAM. I've heard they might be announced soon based on previous release patterns, but I'm unsure if it's worth the wait.

There's a chance they might not even release the Super variants. With how things are going, especially with companies shifting resources to AI technologies, it’s better to purchase a GPU that suits your requirements now rather than risking it on future products.

I've decided to keep an eye on the 60 series instead. If the situation stabilizes, that might be a better upgrade path. However, I've realized it could be at least 2 years before they’re available!

Honestly, I wouldn't wait around for the Super models. There's a lot of speculation that they won't come out until Q4 2026, if at all, and they might be super expensive. My advice is to grab a GPU now while you can; the market's been unpredictable lately.
