Should I buy the RTX 5060 or wait for the 5060 Ti 16GB?

Hey folks! I'm weighing my options for a new graphics card and could use some guidance. I'm torn between getting the RTX 5060 or saving up for the 5060 Ti with 16GB of VRAM. I know the 5060 Ti has better performance and more VRAM, which is great for future games, but I'm on a budget. The 5060 is available for about $400, while the 5060 Ti would cost me an extra $100 to $250 more through Amazon, or $150 more if I buy it locally. I plan to play games like Monster Hunter Wilds, Cyberpunk 2077, and upcoming titles like Atomic Heart, all at 1080p. Since this is my first GPU ever, I'm not looking to upgrade from anything. I appreciate any advice!

Honestly, I'd recommend going for the 5060 Ti. Even though it costs more, having a card with 16GB of VRAM is going to make a big difference, especially for those demanding games you mentioned. Buying an 8GB card is something you might regret later, especially as games keep getting more demanding.

Going for the 5060 Ti is the way to go. Trust me, you won't want to regret saving a bit more now for something that’ll hold up while gaming. Also, stay away from AMD for this build. DLSS is far superior for performance in the titles you plan to play.
