Should I Choose the 5060 Ti or 9060 XT for 1440p Gaming?

I'm considering an upgrade for my current setup, which includes a non-xt 6700, a Ryzen 7 5700X3D, and 32 GB of RAM while gaming at 1440p. In my country, the 5060 Ti (16GB) is priced between 460-500€ and the 9060 XT (16GB) ranges from 400-450€. I use AI tools like Topaz for photo and video editing, and I've heard that Nvidia cards perform better for such tasks. I've also faced driver issues with my current AMD card, so I'm hesitant about switching to another AMD option. Given these prices and my budget, is upgrading worthwhile?

If you're using Topaz, the 5060 Ti will give you a significant boost. While gaming performance might only be slightly better, it excels in ray tracing and offers those additional Nvidia features that can make a difference.

Definitely go with the Nvidia card! They tend to be pricier because they handle a variety of tasks beyond gaming, which increases demand. The 9060 is a good choice for pure gaming, but for your editing needs, the 5060 is better.

Given your usage and the slight price difference, I recommend going with the 5060 Ti. It's likely the safer choice for both gaming and your AI tools. Just grab the most affordable one available.

If you can stretch your budget by 50 euros, consider getting a 5070. They typically start at around 550€, but there might be some holiday sales coming up that could make it more affordable!

Yeah, it's tough when they start at around 580 minimum, but waiting for sales might be worth it!

Absolutely! Just keep an eye out for those deals.
