I'm comparing the MSI RTX 5070 12G Ventus 3X OC with the ASUS Prime GeForce RTX 5070. I found the ASUS card for about $35 less, which seems like the better deal, but I want to make sure there aren't any major drawbacks. If you've used either exact model, how are the temperatures, noise levels, and overall reliability? I'd also appreciate hearing about any problems you've had with either card before I decide.

The ASUS Prime seems like the stronger value here. It reportedly has a better cooler and includes a dual-BIOS feature, while the Ventus cooler has a reputation for running louder. For only $35 less, Iโ€™d lean toward the Prime unless you specifically prefer MSI.

My experience with the Prime has been very positive after a couple of months. Under a full synthetic load, the hotspot stayed around 75ยฐC, and the card was essentially silent. The main concern people mention with ASUS is customer support if you ever need warranty service, so that may be worth considering alongside the lower price.

Iโ€™ve been using the Ventus without overclocking or undervolting and havenโ€™t had any complaints. It works well for me, though fan noise could vary depending on your case airflow and personal tolerance.
