Should I Go for a 750W or 850W Power Supply for My PC Build?

I'm putting together a new PC with an RTX 5070 graphics card, a Ryzen 7 9800x3d CPU, and an MSI x870e motherboard. I'm also installing 32GB of 6400MHz RAM, an Arctic Liquid Freezer Pro III water cooler, and 10 fans inside an NZXT H9 Flow case, plus a Kingston 1TB NV3 SSD. I'm trying to decide if I really need an 850W power supply, or if a 750W would be sufficient. Would an 850W be worth the extra cost?

Considering how GPUs are only getting more power-hungry, opting for the 850W could be a safer choice for future upgrades. It gives you more wiggle room down the line.

Thanks for the advice! I'll definitely keep that in mind, but finding a quality 850W is tough where I live.

A 750W should be enough for your setup, but since the price difference is small, it might be worth it to go for the 850W just to have some extra headroom.

I hear you! Where I am, the price gap is quite large, and finding a solid 850W like a Corsair or XPG is challenging.
