Should I Learn React or Angular First After JavaScript and TypeScript?

I've finished learning JavaScript and TypeScript and want to continue building my skills as a full-stack .NET developer. Should I learn React first and then Angular, or start with Angular and move on to React? Is there a recommended order, or is it better to focus on just one framework initially?
Answers
You may not need to learn both right away. For a .NET full-stack path, choose the framework that matches the jobs or projects youโre targeting and get comfortable building complete applications with it. Once you understand components, routing, state, forms, API calls, and authentication in one framework, picking up the other will be much easier. If you still want a suggested sequence, start with React and study Angular afterward.

Either order can work, but React is usually the gentler starting point. It focuses mainly on components and hooks, while Angular comes with more built-in structure and concepts such as dependency injection and RxJS. Learning React first can give you a simpler introduction to frontend development before tackling Angularโs larger ecosystem.
MellowPine47: That helps. Iโm aiming to become a full-stack .NET developer, so Iโm trying to choose the most useful path without spreading myself too thin.

MellowPine47: My goal is specifically full-stack .NET, so Iโll probably focus on one frontend framework first and add the other once I have some real projects completed.
