Hey everyone, I'm at a crossroads in my career and could use your advice. I'm currently a senior engineer with 10 years under my belt, working fully remotely. I've just received an offer from a larger company that seems promising—it would beef up my resume and give me an extra £800 every month, plus a £15K yearly bonus. But here's the catch: it's a full-time office position which means I'd be facing a total commute of about 3 hours every day. The work environment is expected to be more demanding too. Given all these factors, do you think it would be wise to take this new job, or should I stick with my current remote setup?
