I built my PC last year using a 4060, but I received a 6950 as a gift. I've been looking for a 5800X3D, but they're incredibly pricey right now and seem to be out of production. I'd recommend sticking with your 5600X for now. Spending $400 on a 5800X3D or 5700X3D used just isn't worth it, unless you come across some amazing deal like a Microcenter bundle, or something that seriously turns up on clearance.
