I'm looking for advice on upgrading my GPU. Currently, I have a 3060 Ti with 8GB of memory, and I'm gaming at 1440p. I'm having a tough time running games like Enshrouded and Battlefield even on low settings, struggling to maintain 60 fps; it usually hovers around 55-70 fps. I'm considering whether I should upgrade to a 3060 with 12GB, 3070, or 3070 Ti. Is my VRAM holding me back here? I would love a 40 or 50 series card, but I'm not keen on replacing my entire tower. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

You definitely don't need a new tower to upgrade to a newer GPU. The newer 40 and 50 series cards should fit in your current setup without issues. You might want to verify the space inside the case just to be sure, but the compatibility is usually fine. If you're struggling at 1440p, going for something like the 3070 or 3070 Ti could significantly improve your fps, especially since you’re currently dealing with a 3060 Ti.

Yeah, definitely check if it fits first. I had to upgrade my case when I got my new GPU, and it was a pain. Best of luck!
