I'm trying to decide if I should upgrade my current PC or just buy a new one. Right now, I have a GTX 1650 GPU, a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, and 32GB of RAM. What would you recommend I upgrade first, or is it better to start fresh with a new build?

If you want to go with the latest stuff like an AM5 setup, just a heads up that your current motherboard won't support those new generations directly. You'll need a new motherboard to use them.
What games do you usually play? Also, what resolution are you gaming at, and what's the frequency of your RAM? Knowing things like the PSU size would also be helpful for determining the best upgrades.
I mainly play CS:GO and Fortnite, but I'm interested in exploring other games too. How can I check my PSU and RAM frequency? I can't remember!
First off, what's your budget? If you're looking for a budget-friendly upgrade, consider getting a Ryzen 5600X along with either an RX 7600 or a 6700XT. If you have a B550 motherboard, that's great, but some B450 boards might also allow for Ryzen 5000 compatibility with a BIOS update, so make sure to check that out!
I have between $500 and $1000, and I have a B450. Should I go ahead and upgrade?

Is that because of my motherboard's compatibility?
