Should I Upgrade My PC or Start Fresh?

I'm debating whether to upgrade some parts of my current PC or just go for a complete rebuild. My current setup is struggling to run Rainbow Six Siege even on low graphics settings. I'm contemplating selling my old PC or giving it to my younger sibling. I'm also wondering if it's worth paying a professional to handle the upgrades. What do you think? Should I invest in upgrading, or is starting from scratch the better option?

Honestly, I’d recommend just replacing the whole thing. New prebuilt PCs tend to give you better value, especially in Australia. For around $1363 AUD, you can get a full gaming PC with an AMD Ryzen 5 and RTX 5070, which is a solid deal considering a GPU alone costs about $900 AUD. If your budget is tight, then consider upgrading instead, but a fresh build might be the way to go.
