I'm currently using an RTX 4060, and while it's okay, I find that it struggles a bit with Monster Hunter Wilds at 1080p. I've saved up some cash to upgrade my graphics card and I'm torn between the RTX 5070 for $630 and the RX 9060 XT for $520. Since Wilds really pushes my system, I want to ensure I make the right choice for gaming performance. What do you think?

The RX 9060 XT is only about 30% faster than your current 4060, which isn't worth the price tag in my opinion. The RTX 5070 is a much better option, boasting over 70% more performance. Plus, it's got 12GB of VRAM, which could become more beneficial as games evolve. If you're planning on gaming at 1080p or even 1440p, the 5070 will definitely give you better longevity.
You should definitely consider the RTX 9070 as well, especially if you can find it around $620. It offers slightly better performance than the 5070 while having the VRAM of the 9060 XT. If you're looking for DLSS support, the 5070 is a solid choice too, as you really can't go wrong with either.
Great point! I'll keep that in mind.

Thanks, I was looking exactly at that!
