Hey everyone! I'm looking to build a new PC soon, but I've noticed that RAM prices are super high right now. Do you think it's a good idea to wait until prices come down, or should I just go ahead and buy the components I need?

Are you in a rush to get this PC built? If your budget is tight, it might be worth waiting a bit, but keep in mind that prices could stay high for a while. It really depends on how soon you want to game or get your work done!
Honestly, prices probably won't drop significantly for at least a couple of years. If you can manage to hold off, maybe wait it out if you don't need a PC urgently. But be prepared that even when they do drop, they may not go back to those pre-spike levels.
Do you already have a PC to use for now? If not, I'd recommend waiting a bit. Building a new PC without RAM can be a bit frustrating!
Nope, currently I'm running without one, so I guess I have to make a decision soon.

That makes sense! I'm really hoping for a big sale someday, but I guess patience is key.
