I recently reset my PC, and everything seemed to go smoothly until it started downloading again. Now, I'm stuck at 64% and my computer keeps restarting in a never-ending loop. I've already restarted it twice to try and trigger Auto Repair, but I'm still stuck. I could really use some guidance, and I have a video of the issue, but I can't attach it here.

Let me guess, you have an Asus motherboard? That could potentially be related to the issue!
Are you using an HDD or SSD? It sounds like either your hard drive might be failing, or Windows needs repair. A fresh install could also be worth considering.
You should try creating bootable media on a different PC using a USB drive with the media creation tool. Then, you can use the 'Repair PC' option to see if that helps fix the issue.
