I'm on the hunt for a recent AMD graphics card that's low-profile and operates on 75W. The RX 6400 is the latest I found, but it's limited to PCIe x4 and feels overpriced. The RX 550 is an option, yet it's from 2017 and only offers 2GB of VRAM. I'm also aware of some older blue Pro models, but they don't deliver what I need. Ideally, I'm looking for something with 4-8GB of VRAM and at least PCIe x8, but more recent than what's currently available. If anyone has any good recommendations, I'd really appreciate it! I can only dream of a low-profile RX 7400 coming out someday.

It seems like AMD has pretty much given up on low-profile GPUs. Have you considered going with Intel instead? The Arc B50 is a low-profile option, and while it's not the most powerful, it's an alternative. The price is around $350-370, though I get that's on the higher side.
Yeah, I thought about Intel at first, but it’s still out of my budget. I might have to settle for an NVIDIA 3050 6GB, but that's my last resort.
