I've heard mixed opinions about DLSS being 'choppy' and 'fake frames,' but I don't really grasp how it all works. I usually play expansive games like Rust or Escape from Tarkov, and I want to be ready for upcoming titles like the new Spider-Man, GTA VI, or a new Elder Scrolls. I've thought about upgrading to either the 5070 Ti or the 5080, but I'm just unsure about what's best. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I upgraded from a 3070 Ti to a 5070 Ti, and the difference was pretty amazing – my FPS more than doubled. If your budget permits, definitely go for the 5080 for better future-proofing.
