Hey everyone! I'm diving into my first build and I've put together a gaming PC setup for under $1000. I'm mainly into RTS and MOBA games, with a bit of FPS gaming on the side. I'm aiming to game at 1440p with at least 60 FPS on high settings. I would love to hear your thoughts on my build and if it's worth it! Here's the link to my parts list: [PCPartPicker Build](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/9ZQtfd).

Overall, this looks like a well-balanced build for your needs! Just tweak a few components based on the advice here and you should be good to go!
The build is decent, but I recommend using one stick of 16GB RAM instead of two 8GB sticks. It'll likely be faster, and gives you the option to add more down the line since you have 4 slots!
If you're considering performance, I'd go for the 9060 XT 16GB. It’ll provide better graphics handling for your games!
This build looks solid for your budget! Since you're playing games that are CPU-heavy, you're in good shape. The 7700 XT will definitely handle 1440p nicely. I think it's a great choice overall!
That's reassuring! Thanks for the input!
Pretty impressive for a first build! Just a heads up, you might want to swap the motherboard. I've heard some issues with ASRock boards, especially for the 9800x3d chipsets. Consider MSI or ASUS instead for better reliability. Good luck!
Oh good to know! I chose it because it seemed popular and well-reviewed. I'll definitely look into switching!

Actually, you can still add more RAM later since the motherboard has 4 slots. The one stick idea is faster though, good call!
