Thoughts on My Mid-Range Gaming and 3D Modeling PC Build?

Hey everyone! I'm looking to upgrade my PC for gaming, drawing with a Wacom tablet, and 3D modeling. My current setup is around 12 years old, and I'm trying to put together a mid-range build that will also allow for some future upgrades. I've listed the components I'm considering below. Tower, keyboard, mouse, and monitor are already taken care of. I'd love your thoughts on any potential upgrades or sidegrades I should make. Are any of the parts I've chosen way off? Thanks a bunch! Looks like a solid build! I think you might be overspending on the CPU cooler though. There are great options in the $30-40 range that perform just as well. Everything else seems good, but the motherboard might be a bit on the pricey side. Just keep in mind, you can save a bit with the cooler if you're willing to compromise a bit on brand. Good luck!

Awesome, thanks for the tip! Do you have specific coolers you recommend around that price point?

A couple of questions to help refine your build:
1. What's your budget in CAD? It might help to use a Canada-specific site for part availability and pricing.
2. Could you share what case you’re using? If it's not a low-profile case, there's really no need for that CPU cooler choice—it’s designed for compact builds and you can find much better performers for less. The brand name shouldn't be your main criteria!

Thanks for the insight! My max budget is around 2500 CAD, ideally under 2000. I’ve noted the CAD site. I’m also using a case from a prebuilt Dell, so it's not too cramped. I really appreciate your advice on the cooler!
