I'm putting together a new gaming PC and would appreciate feedback on the component choices, compatibility, and whether there are any better ways to spend the budget. The build currently includes an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, a GIGABYTE Radeon RX 9070 Gaming OC 16GB, an MSI MAG B850 Tomahawk Max WiFi motherboard, 32GB of Patriot Viper Venom RGB DDR5-6000 CL30 memory, a be quiet! Light Loop 360mm liquid cooler, a Corsair RM850x 850W ATX 3.1 power supply, and a be quiet! Shadow Base 800 FX case. I'm also considering adding a Cooler Master ARGB GPU support bracket. What would you change, and do you have any experience with these parts?

The parts are generally well matched, but you could probably save money on the cooler by using a quality air cooler. You might also consider a less expensive power supply, such as the Montech Century II, and put those savings toward upgrading from the RX 9070 to an RX 9070 XT. That would likely provide a more noticeable gaming performance increase than the extra spending on a 360mm liquid cooler.
If the budget is still tight, DDR5-6000 CL36 memory could be another place to save a little. I’d prioritize fitting in the RX 9070 XT, though I’d look at models from other manufacturers rather than choosing a GIGABYTE version by default.
