My HP Victus started showing a TPM security warning every time Windows restarts, immediately after a BIOS update. It has a Ryzen 7 5800H, RTX 3050, 16 GB of RAM, and Windows 11 Home 25H2 (Build 26200.9278). BIOS reports that the TPM device is available and that TPM is enabled. I also tried uninstalling the TPM 2.0 driver, but the warning continues. What should I check next?

Because this began right after the BIOS update, it sounds more like a firmware or TPM-state problem than a Windows driver issue. Check HP’s support page for a newer BIOS or firmware revision first. If the system is already current, enter the BIOS, temporarily disable TPM, save the change, restart, then return to the BIOS and enable TPM again. Before changing TPM settings, make sure you have your BitLocker or device-encryption recovery key, since resetting TPM-related settings can trigger a recovery screen.
If the warning remains after toggling TPM, the BIOS update may have left the security configuration inconsistent. At that point, HP support would be the safest next step rather than repeatedly clearing the TPM.
