I just bought a new PC with a built-in RZ616 Wi-Fi 6E adapter, but I can't get it to connect to any networks, including my home Wi-Fi and my phone's hotspot. It keeps giving me a "Can't connect to this network" error. I even tried using a USB adapter after disabling the built-in one, but now it says the password is incorrect, which I know is wrong. My PC connects fine via Ethernet, but running a cable across the house isn't an option for me. I've also attempted to update the drivers, but I may have done that incorrectly. I found a driver link that led to a .cab file, but I wasn't sure how to extract it properly. If this is related to a driver issue, I'm uncertain how to proceed since I can't seem to extract the download correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Let’s troubleshoot the RZ616 adapter specifically first. Make sure the antenna is connected; it’s usually a small piece that can be easily overlooked. Without it, the Wi-Fi card might not be able to connect to anything at all. Check the back of your PC for those little SMA connectors to attach it properly.
Have you checked if you're using the correct password type, like WPA2 or WEP? Sometimes that can mess up connections if it's not set right.
Yes, I've made sure about the password type. Now it’s not showing a wrong password error; it just says "can’t connect to this network."

Funny enough, when I called iBUYPOWER support, I totally forgot to put the antenna on! I added it, but unfortunately, there’s been no change.
