I've got a user who changed their password a few days back, and ever since then, they've been unable to log into Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). They were using it without issues before the password change. This user has the right M365 license and is in the correct AVD group with the necessary permissions. When they try to log in, they encounter this error message: "An authentication error has occurred. The logon attempt failed. Remote computer: {hostname} Error code: 0x0 Extended error code: 0x0". Other users are accessing the session host without any problems, so it seems to be just this one user facing issues. Their workstation also has problems connecting to Entra, and I've done quite a bit of troubleshooting already. I've checked conditional access policies, ran `dsregcmd /leave` and rebooted, made sure the necessary updates (specifically KB5074109) aren't installed, removed registry keys, adjusted host pool properties for AAD joining, and even recreated a new user account with identical group memberships—all to no avail. Here are some additional logs: Error Code: -2145833241; Request Id: f1366ad1-1053-1467f-18871-68e6eb850900; Correlation Id: 4024a949-15c0-4187-898c-fe2868d730d1; Timestamp: 2026-03-26T19:13:04.727Z; Message: Unknown error code: 0x80192ee7. If someone has insights on resolving this, please flag any potential sign-in errors for review!

Have you tried logging in through the web version? I've encountered similar issues, where users would see the error on the RDP app but could log in via web without problems. If they're using the Windows App, it might help to reset it or do a clean reinstall of the app.
Is your AVD host joined to Active Directory (AD DS) or Entra ID? If it’s the AD DS, the password could be out of sync. Just a thought! I remember facing similar problems when there was a mismatch.
