Trouble with Easy Anti-Cheat Across Multiple Games

I've been having issues with Easy Anti-Cheat on several games, including Arc Raiders, Dead by Daylight, Rust, and Fortnite. Despite reinstalling the games, verifying files, and trying various commands to repair and uninstall Easy Anti-Cheat, nothing seems to work. I keep receiving the same errors, like 'EAC authentication failed,' or the games won't even launch. Other games that don't use Easy Anti-Cheat are working just fine. I'm feeling pretty frustrated and could really use some help!

It's crazy how tech is supposed to simplify things but ends up making it worse for us! Have you checked if you have any other games with kernel-level anti-cheat like Warzone or League of Legends? Sometimes they can conflict with each other even if they shouldn't.

Haha, right? It's really frustrating. I do have Valorant, but it's been fine before. I might try uninstalling it just in case.

I know how frustrating this can be! If all else fails, maybe check for any updates on your OS or graphics drivers? Sometimes those can throw a wrench in the works.

Have you tried using a different method to reinstall Easy Anti-Cheat? I found a guide that might help if you’re still stuck. Just look up 'Method 2' from the Easy Anti-Cheat download instructions!

Yeah, companies just seem to make it more complicated for us! Is there a way to manually reset the EAC settings or something? That might do the trick.
