Trouble with My Wired OP1 8K Mouse Disconnecting on PC

I'm having a frustrating problem with my OP1 8K wired mouse on my desktop PC. It randomly disconnects, and while it sometimes reconnects within half a second, other times it just won't, forcing me to unplug it and plug it back in to get it working again. Interestingly, this mouse works flawlessly on my laptop without any disconnections. Here's a list of what I've tried to fix the issue: I've altered polling rates, switched between USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports (both front and back), disabled USB selective suspend in the Control Panel, turned off the option for Windows to power down USB devices in Device Manager for all hubs/controllers, reinstalled the mouse driver, updated my BIOS, switched power outlets, and installed the latest AMD chipset drivers. Despite all these efforts, I still experience random disconnections. Here are my PC specs: Ryzen 7 5700X, RTX 3060 Ti, MSI B550 Pro VDH WiFi, and a brand new Corsair CX650 PSU.

I've had a similar problem with my mouse! It sounds like you've tried a lot already. One thing you could check is if there’s any interference from other devices or USB devices sharing power. Also, sometimes using a USB hub can help stabilize the connection. Just a thought!

That's a good tip! Sometimes the placement of devices can mess with connections too. Trying a powered USB hub could be worth a shot.

It might be a compatibility issue between your mouse and your motherboard. Since it works fine on your laptop, you could try a different USB port on your motherboard or check if there are any BIOS updates specifically for USB compatibility. That's worked for me before!
