Trouble with Vodafone 4G/5G on New iPhone 15 After SIM Swap

Hey folks, I recently got my hands on an iPhone 15, but I'm running into some major issues connecting to the Vodafone 4G or 5G network. Oddly enough, the signal only shows up as EDGE. I can still receive phone calls and messages, and I can use WhatsApp—but it's super slow.

Here's what I've tried so far to fix it:
1. Got a new SIM card from Vodafone (same number, just a fresh one).
2. Called their support line and had them reset my network settings, but that didn't help.
3. Tried toggling airplane mode on and off.
4. Verified that my network settings are correct: username, password, web, and put in wap.vodafone.co.uk.
5. Reset my network settings.
6. Reset the entire phone.
7. Made sure the software is updated.

It's been about two weeks, and it feels like I'm not getting anywhere with Vodafone. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks a bunch!

It sounds frustrating! One thing to double-check is the region of your iPhone. Sometimes, models made for different markets can have issues with local networks, like being stuck on EDGE. Do you know if your iPhone was purchased in the UK? That could be a factor. Just checking if you bought it abroad could save you a lot of headaches!
