I recently purchased a used ASUS ROG STRIX B550-A Gaming motherboard and paired it with a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU and a Gigabyte RTX 3060 with 12GB of memory. However, when I tried to power it on, there were no signs of life at all. The fans didn't spin up, and there's nothing being displayed on the monitor. The indicator lights for the CPU, RAM, and GPU are also off. I'm looking for some advice on what might be causing the issue and how to fix it.

It sounds like there may be no power getting to the motherboard at all. If you're sure that your power supply is functioning properly and everything is connected correctly, then it might be possible that the motherboard is faulty. Double-check that all power connections are secure, especially the main power and CPU power connectors.
Make sure that both CPU power plugs are connected at the top left of the motherboard. Also, avoid using a PCIe connector in the 8-pin power location. A good trick is to assemble the motherboard outside of the case to rule out case grounding issues. You might also want to try bridging the power pins on the front panel connector using a screwdriver to power it on if you haven't set up the front panel connectors yet.
I agree, if you're not seeing any lights, it's likely a power issue. Just to be safe, also check that your RAM is properly seated in the correct slots and that the CPU is installed tightly. Sometimes just a small oversight can lead to these kinds of problems.
