Troubleshooting a Red DRAM Light and No BIOS Display on Startup

Hey everyone! I just completed my first PC build and encountered a problem. When I try to boot it up, all the fans and RGB lights turn on, including the RAM's RGB, but the DRAM light is glowing bright red. Unfortunately, it doesn't connect to the monitor at all. I'm looking for advice on how to troubleshoot this issue. Here are my specs: I'm using a 5070ti graphics card, a 9800x3d CPU, 2x 16GB DDR5 Corsair Vengeance RAM, a RMX850 power supply, and an X870 motherboard.

A good first step is to try removing the CMOS battery for about 30 seconds, then putting it back in before turning on your PC. Also, consider testing your RAM by using just one stick at a time. If one doesn't work, try the other stick in the same slot.
