Troubleshooting Dual Monitor Setup with KVM Switch

I'm currently working from home and have a dedicated personal PC and a work laptop. I use a KVM switch to connect both devices along with their peripherals. I'm trying to add an additional monitor, but I'm getting no signal from it. My setup includes the following connections: the working monitor is connected to 'Out HDMI A' and the second monitor (which isn't working) is connected to 'Out HDMI B'. My personal PC is plugged into 'PC1 In' via HDMI, and my laptop is connected to 'PC2 In'. I feel like everything should be working properly, but it seems that something is off. What could be causing this issue?

It sounds like you might be needing more inputs for your monitors. You actually need two monitor inputs (or technically four - two for each machine). You can't make one monitor's signal split and work for both computers independently. By the way, which KVM switch are you using for your setup?

I found it on Amazon, it's a VPFCT model.
