Troubleshooting My Ethernet Connection Issues

I've got an ethernet network in my house that usually runs perfectly, but today it's acting up. The ethernet connection says it's connected, yet there's no internet access. My PS5 is saying it couldn't obtain an IP address, and my PC (running Windows 11) is showing that there's no internet connection at all. I've already tried restarting the router, and I've checked all the cables to make sure they're connected. I'm at a loss for what to do next—any help would be really appreciated!

First, try this simple fix: turn off your router and unplug the modem for about a minute. Then plug the modem back in and wait until all the lights are steady before turning on the router again. After that, check if you have internet access. If not, it might be time to contact your internet provider for further help.
