Troubleshooting RAM Issues in My PC

I've run into a problem with my PC. It suddenly stopped working—no display on the screen, and the keyboard isn't lighting up. After some digging, I suspect it's a RAM issue. I have two 8GB RAM modules, but one of them doesn't fit in slots 2 or 4, while the other only works in slot 4. Putting the functioning module in slot 2 doesn't work, and neither does using the malfunctioning module in slot 4 with the working one in slot 2. I've even tried removing and replacing the motherboard battery to reset the BIOS, but nothing has changed. Could anyone suggest what I can do before I decide to take it in for repair? Thanks!

Have you tried testing your RAM sticks in another machine? That can help determine if the problem lies with one of the modules or the motherboard slots. If you don't have access to another PC, you might consider going to a local repair shop just to get them checked out. Better safe than sorry!

Unfortunately, I don't have a second computer to test them out.
