I have two Samsung SSDs — one has Windows on it, and the other is empty. Both drives are detected by Samsung Magician, but options like Secure Erase and PSID Revert show "this drive is not supported." I've tried updating drivers and researching solutions online, but nothing has resolved the issue yet.

It sounds like the empty SSD isn't being recognized properly by the software. Have you tried reformatting it through Disk Management? It may help to reset the drive's status.
Thanks for the suggestion! I’ve actually tried that, but it didn’t fix the issue. Both drives are showing the same error, so I'm not sure what else to do.
