Hey everyone! I'm diving deeper into my DevOps journey after about six months of learning various tools like AWS, Linux, Bash, Terraform, Docker, Ansible, and GitHub Actions. I've already got certifications in AWS SAA-C03, Terraform (HCTA0-003), and GitHub Actions (GH-200). Now, I'm excited to tackle Kubernetes and aim for the Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification.
I've heard great things about the KodeKloud course, and I know they have a version available on Udemy as well. However, I'm unsure if the Udemy course is the same as the one on KodeKloud's official site. If it is, I'd prefer the Udemy option since it's cheaper. Has anyone done both, and can shed some light on whether there's a difference?

I took both the CKAD and CKA courses from KodeKloud on Udemy and also opted for a KodeKloud subscription for a year. One big plus for Udemy is that once you buy the course, it's yours forever. With a KodeKloud subscription, when it ends, you lose access to the material, which isn’t ideal if you want to revisit the content later.
Sounds like Udemy might be the better option for you!

Interesting! Did that change recently? I remember when I certified, you got those killerKoda mock exams as soon as you bought the exam, with a year to complete it.
Yeah, I thought so too! But the ultimate mock exams are still a great resource.
True, but keep in mind that if you go with Udemy's subscription, you could lose access to those courses too.
