I recently bought a used iPhone 15 Pro that had a battery health of 93 percent when I got it. However, it dropped to 91 percent rather quickly. I checked the analytics and saw that the nominal charge capacity is 2879, resistance is 107, and it's at 357 cycles. There hasn't been any warming during use. Can anyone help me understand what this means?

It sounds like the battery health drop is a bit faster than usual, which can happen with used phones. Make sure to note the manufacture and first use dates of your battery—those details can help assess its overall condition. If it’s still performing well without overheating, it might just be a normal wear issue.
There’s always the possibility of the battery needing replacement depending on your usage.
The charge capacity and resistance numbers you posted look okay for a battery that's been used a bit, but keep an eye on that health percentage. If it keeps dropping quickly, it might be worth looking into getting it replaced. Just keep in mind that batteries naturally degrade over time.
