Hey everyone! I've been assembling PCs since the 90s, but I'm facing a strange issue with my new build. I created a system with a Gigabyte Z790 Aorus motherboard, an i7 14700K, 32GB DDR5 RAM, a 4TB NVMe drive, an AIO cooler, and an 850W Seasonic PSU. It's been running smoothly for months until recently when it randomly rebooted. There was no error message or bluescreen—just a sudden restart. I checked the event viewer, and it showed a kernel power event. I tried enabling full dumps, but nothing was recorded when it rebooted, despite having set it up correctly. I've done stress tests on the RAM, CPU, GPU, and everything else, but they all passed without issues. The BIOS is updated to the latest version, and I even reset it to defaults, but the random reboots keep happening. Today, while playing a game, it rebooted again but once I tried launching it again, I had no problems for a whole hour. I'm at a loss—could it be a faulty PSU? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Make sure your motherboard's BIOS is up to date. 13th and 14th gen Intel CPUs can sometimes have issues if they're exposed to excessive voltage, which is a known problem that recent BIOS updates address. It’s definitely worth checking if you applied the latest BIOS around when those reboots started happening.
I faced similar issues and traced them back to a bad Windows installation. Try doing a clean boot by disconnecting all your storage devices and then wiping one of them completely. Use the latest boot media from the Windows website to reinstall the OS. It might sound extreme, but sometimes a fresh install can resolve these kinds of random resets.
