Upgrading My PC: Need Advice on Case and Motherboard

Hey everyone! I'm currently running a PC with 4x 64GB Corsair RAM, a B450M motherboard, and an NVIDIA RTX 3070TI. I've been experiencing crashes due to overheating, likely because my case is pretty small. I'm considering upgrading my PC. Before I commit, I want to look into getting a new case (it needs to have 3 front-facing fans due to its location) and potentially a new motherboard. I'm unsure about what options are best, so any advice would be appreciated!

Check out some solid case options like the Montech XR, Phanteks XT Pro Ultra, NZXT H5 Flow, Lian Li Lancool 207, or 217. For motherboards, the MSI B550M PRO VDH WIFI is a great choice. Make sure your new case fits your cooling needs!

You might not need a new motherboard at all! First, try cleaning your current setup of any dust. Also, run your PC with the side panel off to see if the temperatures drop. If they still stay high, then a new case could help, but it might not be the only issue.

Exactly! Identifying the source of the overheating should be the priority.

I’m using a Corsair 4000D Airflow case paired with an ROG B450M motherboard that has VRM heatsinks. Ensure your motherboard includes those heatsinks; they make a big difference in keeping temps down!

Which B550M motherboard is the best in your opinion?
