I built this Windows 11 PC in April, and several USB devices have been unreliable ever since. The keyboard may skip or repeat keys and usually needs to be unplugged and reconnected after boot. The mouse often does not work until it is disconnected and reconnected, and sometimes every USB device disconnects and reconnects at once.
The system uses a Gigabyte B550 Eagle WIFI 6 motherboard, Zotac GeForce RTX 2080 Ti, Ryzen 5 5500, 16 GB of DDR4-3600 memory, an MSI MAG 750W power supply, a 512 GB KingSpec M.2 SSD, and a Montech XR case running Windows 11 Pro. The affected devices include a Razer BlackWidow 2019 keyboard, a wired Onn gaming mouse, a WMT USB microphone, a Logitech 720p webcam, and an SSK 512 GB USB-C SSD connected to the front panel.
I have updated the BIOS to F3, installed AMD chipset driver version 8.08.12.551, and tried changing power-plan settings. Could this be caused by RF interference, drivers, grounding, the front-panel wiring, or a hardware problem?

It may be worth checking the PC's electrical grounding and the case's front-panel USB connections. Since several devices are affected at the same time, the problem may be with the motherboard, USB controller, power delivery, or a shared connection rather than with the individual keyboard and mouse. Test the devices in the rear motherboard USB ports and disconnect the front-panel USB devices temporarily.
I checked the visible motherboard and I/O area and do not see any obvious shorts. I can still test without the front-panel connections and try the rear ports to narrow it down.
