Weird Right-Click Menu Glitch in Windows 11 23H2

Hey everyone, I've been dealing with a strange glitch in Windows 11 (version 23H2). Every time I right-click, the context menu alternates between the default options and the 'Show More Options' menu instead of staying consistent. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Have you tried using a different mouse? Sometimes hardware can cause weird behaviors like that. I had a similar problem, but when I switched to an older mouse, the right-click worked fine.

After switching back to my usual mouse, the problem went away suddenly! It's worth keeping an eye on, just in case it pops back up.
