Several times a day, I hear two beeps like a walkie-talkie connecting, followed by a man's voice saying "Hello wassup." It's really unsettling! A few key points: it's definitely not a robotic voice; it sounds like a real person. It happens even when my phone is locked and all apps are closed. I don't have any walkie-talkie or baby monitor apps installed, and there doesn't seem to be a specific notification or charging event linked to it. I've checked my notification history but found nothing. Has anyone else dealt with something like this? Any suggestions on how to track down the source of the audio would be really appreciated!

You might want to check for a carbon monoxide issue, just to be safe! It sounds absurd, but there have been cases where strange experiences were related to it. Grab a CO detector just in case. Also, consider checking with your carrier to see if they still offer any walkie-talkie features that your phone might be catching. And, it’s worth looking through your installed apps to see if anything’s sneaked on there without your knowledge.
