What affordable device can I use to stream Netflix and YouTube on an old LG TV?

I have an older LG television that I mainly use with my Nintendo Switch. I would like to start watching Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube on it, but I don't know much about streaming devices. What is an inexpensive device I can plug into the TV to add these services? I live in the Netherlands, so availability there may matter. I also don't need a large selection of live TV channels.
