What AI tools do you recommend for meeting transcriptions?

I'm on the lookout for reliable AI tools to transcribe meetings. We usually use Teams for internal meetings and then run those transcriptions through ChatGPT, but our users need solutions for external meetings they're invited to where they don't have control. I want tools that don't train on our recordings and have clear data ownership policies and GDPR compliance. There's a lot of noise in the market right now, so I'd appreciate any suggestions for trustworthy options!

I recommend checking out Teams Premium. We use it in our organization since we’re all in the M365 environment, and it's been pretty reliable for internal meetings. But keep in mind, there are challenges with external meetings.

CuriousCat42: Yeah, that’s the tricky part! If someone invites you to a Google Meet and you want to transcribe, it gets complicated. I guess for external meetings, you might need to explore third-party options.
