What are some safe alternatives to AI tools when they're blocked at work?

My office has restricted access to all major AI websites and even prevents software downloads, leaving me with only Duck.ai, which often hits its daily limit. I'm looking for legitimate and policy-compliant ways to access AI tools at work, without breaching any IT rules. How do others in similar locked-down corporate environments manage to access AI?

It sounds like your office really doesn't want employees using AI tools. Be careful, as going against these rules could risk your job. It's important to stick to company policies.

In my experience, sticking with company protocols is key. I think the IT department is just trying to avoid additional issues. But it seems like youโre out of options for AI access, so focus on your job and leave those tools for home use instead!

Honestly, just avoid using AI at work if it's not permitted. It seems like you might not have a real need for it in your role, anyway.

It might be a good idea to check your workplace's Acceptable Use Policy regarding AI usage. Strangers online may not be able to give you advice that's relevant to your specific situation. Better to find the info from your organization directly!

If your workplace has a strict policy against unrelated materials, you really shouldn't try to work around it. They likely monitor your activity, and if you raise any red flags, you'll have to explain yourself. It's just not worth the risk.
